OWNER/PRESIDENT
Jon Mullenbach
Jon started Mullenbach in 1990. He built the business from the ground up. His drive for quality work and efficiency has made the company what it is today. Jon oversees the operations of the business. Outside of his company he enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, traveling, and being on his motorcycle.
Estimator
Drew Mullenbach
Drew is the lead estimator at Mullenbach construction as well as overseeing day to day operations. Drew launched our paint division in 2019 to better serve our customers. Outside of Mullenbach Construction Drew loves to spend time with his family, ride ATV'S, golf, and attend every ISU football and basketball game.
Estimator
Scott Wrage
Scott started at Mullenbach Construction in February 2017. He is currently in charge of commercial estimating, and the graphic design for the company. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his daughters, golfing, and making music.
SUPERINTENDANT
Andy Pruisman
Andy started with Mullenbach Construction in August of 2022. He brought with him over 15 years of paint experience. Andy runs jobs from start to final walk through. In his free time Andy enjoys hunting, fishing, spending time with his family and anything outdoors.
SUPERINTENDANT
Parker Christian
Parker started at Mullenbach Construction in 2014 as a scrapper, he progressed to be the lead of the texture crew and was promoted from there to Superintendent. Parker runs job from start to final walk through. In his time not at work he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, snowmobiling, spending time outdoors and raising hogs.
OFFICE MANAGER
Marissa Mullenbach
Marissa started at Mullenbach Construction in the fall of 2019to help her husband Drew launched the paint division. Marissa oversees the front office. In her free time Marissa enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and spending time outdoors
OFFICE MANAGER
Suzanne Mullenbach
Suzanne started the company with her husband Jon in 1990. Suzanne oversees front office operations with Marissa. Suzanne enjoys crafting, spending time with family , and traveling.
ASSISTANT OFFICE MANAGER
Diane Klingbeil
Diane has been in the office here at Mullenbach for about 6 years. Diane handles the front desk, billing for commercial and residential, and also handles the J&S storage. She loves spending time with family and a good day of shopping.

Our team doesn't stop there! We have about 30 amazing team members out in the field always hard working and living up to our Core Values. We work hard at creating a great work environment with great benefits and perks along the way. We do several company events throughout the year such as grill outs, bowling, and golfing.
