Jon Mullenbach

FOUNDER/PRESIDENT

Jon Mullenbach

Jon started Mullenbach Construction & Painting in 1990. He built the business from the ground up. His drive for quality work and efficiency has made the company what it is today. Jon oversees the operations of the business. Outside of his company, he enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, hunting, and traveling.

Drew Mullenbach

OWNER/VICE PRESIDENT

Drew Mullenbach

Drew is the lead estimator, Co-owner, and Vice President at Mullenbach Construction & Painting as well as overseeing day-to-day operations. Drew launched our paint division in 2019 to better serve our customers. Outside of Mullenbach Construction & Painting, Drew loves to spend time with his family, hunt, fish, golf, and be outdoors.

Scott Wrage

COMMERCIAL ESTIMATOR

Scott Wrage

Scott joined Mullenbach Construction & Painting in February 2017 as an entry-level framer and rapidly advanced to become the lead acoustical ceiling installer before moving into the office. He now holds the position of Project Manager and Estimator for commercial projects, contributing significantly to the development and enhancement of the company culture. Outside of work, Scott loves spending time with his wife and five children, and he enjoys golfing whenever he gets the chance.

Parker Christian

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Parker Christian

Parker started at Mullenbach Construction & Painting in 2014 as a scrapper. He progressed to be the lead of the texture crew and was promoted from there to Superintendent. Parker runs the job from start to final walk-through. In his time not at work he enjoys spending time with his wife and sons, snowmobiling, spending time outdoors, and raising hogs.

Marissa Mullenbach

Marissa Mullenbach

Marissa joined Mullenbach Construction & Painting in the fall of 2019 to assist her husband, Drew, with launching the paint division. She manages the front office and, in her free time, enjoys engaging in outdoor activities with her husband and their four children.

Melissa Larsen

OFFICE MANAGER

Melissa Larsen

Melissa became a part of Mullenbach Construction in October 2025. With more than ten years of management and administrative experience, she plays a vital role in supporting daily operations by answering phone calls, coordinating schedules, and overseeing the office's day-to-day activities. Melissa is dedicated to offering friendly, organized, and efficient support to both customers and the Mullenbach Construction team. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, spending time with friends, her husband, three sons, and furbabies.

Matt Harwood

RESIDENTIAL ESTIMATOR

Matt Harwood

Matt began his career with Mullenbach Construction & Painting as a laborer in the summer of 2020 and now serves as a Residential Estimator. From the start, he valued the company’s strong family atmosphere and commitment to doing the job right the first time. Matt brings a detail-oriented approach to every estimate, understanding that quality workmanship and careful planning lead to long-term success. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, hunting, and spending time with friends and family.

Our team doesn't stop there! We have about 30 amazing team members out in the field, always working hard and living up to our core values.
